This rainbow mermaid cape is soft and sparkly for dress-up fans to swish around in! It’s made from glittery mermaid-scale fabric in pink, turquoise, lime, yellow and purple, with a quilted padded tail fin at the back and sequin shells down the side. A pull apart velcro neck band and elastic hand loops make it easy to put on, and is great for parties, parades and Book Week. Measurements: Width wrist to wrist 112cm; Length 72cm
